Lectors proclaim the Scriptures at Sunday and daily Masses. The lector ministry requires scriptural prayer and reflection and basic speaking skills. Training is provided. (Confirmation is required.)

Eucharistic Ministers assist with thedistribution of communion. New Eucharistic Ministers must be commissioned before they can be scheduled. Training is provided. (Confirmation is required.)

Greeters are men, women and children who welcome people to Mass and assist with the distribution of bulletins after Mass.

Ushers assist others with seating, special needs at Mass and with taking up the collection.

Eucharistic Ministers for the Home-Bound takes communion to the sick or homebound of the parish on either a long or short-term basis.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word is a ministry that serves the children of the parish by teaching Christ’s message in easy to understand terms. This ministry takes place during the 8:30 and 11:00 AM Sunday Mass. Participants serve in pair teams rotate and serve once a month. Materials and training are provided.

Choir members are men, women, and children who provide music and lead the singing during liturgy. Requirements include the ability to stay on pitch. The ability to read music is a plus, but not a necessity. Members commit to singing each week with the choir during one of our three weekend Masses.

Contemporary Choir members sing at the first and third 5:00 PM Saturday Masses and on the second and fourth 11:00 AM Sunday Masses.

Resurrection Choir sings at funerals when the regular choir is not available. (This choir practices three to four times per year.)

Musical Accompaniment is provided by individuals who support our singing with various musical accompaniments. All instruments are welcome.
